The Two Phase Plan
What we're building now, and what we hope to build next
Phase One is in development today. Phase Two is a long-term goal.
Phase One · In Development
Phoenix Information and Transition Assistance Center
The company is still developing its programs, professional relationships, operating systems and funding structure. Services will be announced as they become available.
Phase One includes
- Establishing the Phoenix office
- Creating the Quo telephone and response system
- Developing intake and follow-up procedures
- Building the website and social-media presence
- Researching veteran resources
- Developing responsible professional relationships
- Building the accredited referral directory
- Creating funding and sponsorship opportunities
- Testing the transition-assistance model
Phase Two · Future Development Goal
The Future One Ounce Ranch
A long-term goal to develop a ranch outside the Phoenix metropolitan area, potentially in northern Arizona. No property has been purchased, no location has been selected, and no lodging or ranch programs are operating. The ranch will not provide medical or mental-health treatment.
The future ranch may include
- Individual casitas or short-term lodging
- Quiet areas for rest and reflection
- Workshops and trade-learning facilities
- Construction, maintenance, agricultural and practical-skills programs
- Group meeting and educational spaces
- Outdoor areas and structured recreation
- Community meals and gatherings
- Offices for participating organizations and professionals
- Programs focused on stability, responsibility and renewed direction
- Peaceful surroundings away from the city
Future Ranch Vision
Peaceful. Practical. Welcoming.
Modest casitas, workshops, open land, shade structures, walking areas and places to learn and gather — connected to the Arizona environment.
